I got this gasket to replace the original one. It has worn down and I noticed water leaking into the headliner in the truck. This new gasket fit perfectly and solved the leak.

Precisely cut for an exact fit. It wasn’t too sticky that I could still reposition. Once pressed in place, it was not coming off. Seems to have taken care of the leak.

2015 Silverado - by mid 2023 the OEM third brake light seal had collapsed and was allowing a ton of water intrusion. From what I've read online this is a very common problem with this truck. After taking it apart and looking at the original seal I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did.This replacement seal is not only thicker than the original, but it's also slightly wider and slightly taller, which is perfect. It covers a lot more area than the original seal did, giving it a much larger contact surface in order to achieve a strong seal. Fitment was great. Very simple and easy install. Leaks were stopped immediately.

I have an 2008 Silverado and the seal for the high mount brake light was all dried up. Nice quality and perfect fit. Just make sure to remove all the old foam gasket, before installing the new one.

Not thick enough. Had to apply RTV sealant to seal the gap. I see that this is the type of gaskets manufacturing uses in the automobile industry. Foam gaskets are garbage. They don't last. Should have just used RTV sealant. Not knocking the vendor, just disappointed in the products offered in the industry. Cheap low quality nowadays.
