Lo que tiene la marca nipex que introduce herramienta que a veces se fabrica hechiza en el taller, esto le da un plus aparte de la excelente calidad d ela marca.

I use them for pinching stubborn connectors more than anything. Also great for stuck spark plug boots. Glad I could get a knipex one; they are aligned perfectly and the steel is strong af. 6/5.

I had recently bought a Cub Cadet snow blower, and while I was storing it for the summer, I saw that I could not remove the metal shroud that covered the spark plug. It was several inches long and fairly deep into the side of the machine, and I had very little access and absolutely no leverage to pull this shroud off. I called Cub Cadet and a tech support person suggested I buy a spark plug pliers. I had never heard of this but found a ton of them on Amazon. They ranged in price from about $10 to this Knipex item, which cost almost three time that amount. But this item was not only the highest rated, but it was made in Germany while virtually all the others were made in China. Well, it took me about two seconds to remove the shroud. Could a less expensive spark plug pliers have done the trick? Probably. But when I buy a tool I expect to have for life, I try to buy quality -- and this is exactly what these pliers are.

These hose clamp/spark plug wire pliers are the best money can buy.The quality of them is second to none! My only gripe is,they are not cheap, but you get what you pay for,and will last a lifetime of use.

These are great pliers. l really like the precision and toughness of Knipex tools. The symmetry and the way the tips fit together evenly make them better than a lot of other brands. These pliers allow you to work in tight spaces to remove vacuum hoses, and do lots of other jobs you will find for them. You can get a good grip without tearing up rubber hoses or plastic connectors. I never knew how much I was missing out on having a pair of these until I found out how much easier and quicker I was able to work, now that they are in my kit. They were indispensable in removing the PCV valve grommet from a 2000 Honda Civic LX.

If you really want good pliers, look at the Knipex brand. I am a firefighter and have been carrying the 8" diagonal bent cutters for several years now. Best pliers I found. It can cut battery cables with ease. Cable shears may cut the wire cleaner, but the Knipex cutter cuts well and also can cut hard wire (in case I am ever in an entrapment hazard). I use the Grabber pliers while working on cars. It works particularity well on disconnecting electrical connectors. With all on my pliers, I take a file to the sharp outer edges and round them off and force a patina on them with acid (to prevent corrosion) before oiling them. Knipex pliers are quality tools, and quality tools are not inexpensive.
