An excellent stool for sitting in seiza. Since you're not sitting on your ankles, you can sit for as long as you want without any pain!

I wish the legs were longer to give more comfort to the knees. It's too low. Back support would have been more better. I find preschooler chair more comfortable than this. Not very happy with my purchase as it's too low with no back support.

I find that the pad that velcros to the seat is very slippery. The height is good for sitting position in basic yoga.

This is the first meditation bench I have ever owned. I prefer to sit with the slant going to the back and I did add a piece of non skid drawer liner under the cushion as that nice velvet like to slide.That non skid liner underneath and it's perfect.Folds up nice too

I've tried a few meditation benches and I really like this one. Some benches are too low to the ground which means it's a tight space for the feet to get in and out of and yet this one I find is a good height (I'm 5'10") The cushion is also a great addition to this type of bench. The build looks solid and I'm sure this will last for a long time.

I just used this bench for a ten day Vipassana Mediation Course and spent many hours on this bench! Very comfortable, I love that the seat isn't a really steep incline (like a lot of other benches, thus putting more weight on your knees that way). It was the perfect incline for me. The cushion is soft on the bum and a nice, pretty velvet!

Very comfortable, so glad I purchased it. The hinged legs can unexpectedly fold in if sitter moves; ideally, they could be fixed in place when opened.

This meditation bench with very comfortable cushion doing great job I must admit, size of this chair is about 17(L) x 7.3(W) x 8(H) inches/ 43.2 x 18.5 x 20.5 cm.The cushion is removable so you can wash it whenever you want .This cushion is made from really good quality premium velvet material which is very soft and offers a luxurious feel.Bench is also made from really good quality natural bamboo, greatly improving the heavy duty and stability.The legs of the meditation chair can be folded too, which makes it convenient for storage and transportation.Great value for money meditation bench.I can easily recommended to anyone.

I debated between 4 and 5 stars here. This is a superbly made item. The word is well engineers and has an amazing finish. the cushion is of high quality and is soft yet supportive. It certainly is a high-end option at the current price but I love it and it feels perfect to sit on so I would highly recommend it if it is in your price bracket. It certainly helps take pressure off the knees for extended meditation. There is also no assembly needed other than strapping the cushion on, which is a real bonus.
