If I leave it on overnight, my yoga mat is dented in the morning and then takes a while for the foam to reshape. I don't use it anymore for that reason.

I have a thick yoga mat. This isn't going to last. I can see the elastic giving out. Should have bought a canvas strap. SMH.

This is an awesome product if you love yoga but hate regular yoga straps. So easy to put on. I got this as a gift. I wish they had more colors.
