I had a knee surgery and my physio wanted me to do exercices 3 times a day. I couldn't find a "strap" and finally I found this. I works really good and I recommend it for any patients who had a knee replacement.

Lots of loops for attaching and holding, material is pliable and strong, stitching is OK, easy to customize for yoga and PT exercises as needed, not too expensive, easy to transport. In other words, there is nothing too exciting and nothing that is irritating about these exercise bands.

For those who are doing any form of yoga or stretching exercises, these straps are both great and easily transportable. A great value for the cost.

Wonderful for stretching out and exercising my knee after major meniscal root repair surgery. My PT had one, and recommended a name brand strap. This was half the price, and just as high quality. Very durable and versatile, with several loops for all kinds of stretching. Highly recommend!
