Like the title says. The dials turn so smoothly and the water flow is as good as my house will allow. The hose on the wand is super flexible and not stiff like the cheap ones. It feels like quality, with metal finishes. My one complaint is that the wand head has a plastic cover. Idk why that one little part is plastic. I upgraded the shower head with a rain style, also from Moen. If you're investing in a real bathroom upgrade, do the fixtures right.

I bought this for a major reno of my shower. It was the easiest way to get a matching set of decent flow parts in one kit that wasn't a design nightmare. Commercial is not pretty, but functional with a good flow rate. I paired this kit with Moen valves and everything works.

Plumber told me the inside bits are a good quality. I don't know much about plumbing so I will take his word! Outside is as you would expect too.

I love having a double shower head, but didn't like the main shower head for this system, so I changed it out for the Moen S6320EP Velocity Two-Function 8-Inch Diameter Eco-Performance Rainshower Showerhead and a different shower arm -- the Moen S113 Waterhill 14-Inch Replacement Extension Curved Shower Arm. I think the change looks fabulous, and overall, I really like the system. It's easy to shift from tub to shower head to handheld sprayer. I do wish the handheld sprayer had more spraying options. It's easy enough to change out if I were so inclined...

Works great, only thing that I would change would be to have the valve allow the shower head and handheld to operate at the same time. Very nice quality

Everything is of sound construction, all metal parts. The rough valve plumbing turned out to be challenging with over 30 solders to make, a little much for a diy'r but manageable. Even though it is for commercial application, it looks very upscale in our little bathroom. One negative is that the bar of the slide bar is a different type of stainless and gives a tarnished or just a different colour from the rest of the trim.

They are good quality products, except the size of the tub spout is the short one, I had to buy another one to replace it.

Not only did this do exactly what I wanted it also included all of the valves and trim kits as one should expect from a product. I don't like this separation of products just to pull in more money from the consumer. I like that you can have a uni valve system and separate trim kits but don't all of the sudden jack the prices up just b/c of this feature. In any case, this shower system is great! I'm in Rough in stage so I haven't turned it on yet BUT the quality of the trim is great. It's all metal. Even the expensive consumer lines now use plastic caps for the shower bar ends (where it attaches to the wall). This one is indesctuctible metal. I consider this the 'hush hush' line of Moen. None of my local suppliers knew about this 3 function system. Now that they do they are all going to stock it albeit at a higher price than on amazon. Incidently, it does not, as you probably know, allow you to run more than one function at a time but I was not looking for that... For this price, it's a steal.

When I purchased this product I felt it was a little bit of a gamble. Everywhere else I went and looked similar products were twice the money and most didn't carry the Moen name.When the box arrived I was a little suspect. It looked like they put different moen parts in a larger amazon box. The tape looked like it had been opened and I wasn't even sure if everything I needed was there. Almost returned it... Thankfully I didn't.My contractor looked through the part list and box and assured me everything was there. I immediately went out and looked at other moen products to assure authenticity . Everything was legit.Looks like they created this package from different moen products. Who cares? The valves, covers, all hardware everything is moen. The same stuff you pay 600-800 dollars for.. All here.I've had it installed now for 3 months and no leaks, no problems, looks great and expensive.... I'm very pleased..If you want to save a lot of money. Buy this unit. All the valves and hardware are the same as the expensive models. If u want just upgrade the cover plates and the shower head and hand shower. And there is your $1000-1200 unit for $500-600.I upgraded to a moen rain shower head and a speakman hand shower unit. My covers are still chrome and like I said ...Buy it you won't be disappointed.Here is an update form 07/01/15.Still no problems. The units has worked great. No leaks, no discoloration, no nothing. Everything performing just as new.
