No valve included, this is just the facia, but really really like this, super cheap if you buy it as a warehouse deal because lots of people return it in perfect condition because they think it includes the valve. Great upgrade over builder grade

I purchased a returned unit ("used, very good condition") for 25% less from Amazon Warehouse. The packaging was horrible, everything (but the plastic parts and screws) was loose inside, and I would have thought the wall plate would have gotten scratched. However, everything looked like new. Installation was straightforward. The parts are very well made and fit well together. It looks quite nice, especially considering the price (the handle is metal and very solid). A cheaper Moen handle (no wall plate or extension) at HD was close to the same price (I did not like it, I was looking for something better, which is why I decided to check at Amazon). If you like the look, I highly recommend it for the decent price at Amazon, the quality, and the ease of installation.

Very classy trim kit for a knockoff price. Heavy, sturdy and easy to install. Ill be replacing all my Meon 1222 valves with this trim kit.

Way sturdier feeling than the other Moen faucets I considered. Replaced an older faucet with this and it took all of 10 minutes to do.

Brought this for the handle really - the shower previously had a plastic knob type handle which kept breaking. Only replaced the handle and kept everything else as was. I think this will last much longer than the previous handle.
