This item arrived dead - not working. It would charge, allow files to be transferred to SD card, but once disconnected from the charger or pc, it would not do anything - no lights, no sound. I verified ear buds worked with another device. My best guess is that the battery was defective. It required several messages with seller before he agreed that it was defective. It was very disappointing that I received a defective item and that I wasted so much time with the seller in order to prove that. This item sells at a considerably higher price than other models or designs but the quality control at the seller and/or manufacturer is no better - very poor.

Totally Crap! Bought 2. Tried many sd card 1gb to 64gb, none worked. You get for what you pay.

I like how simple it is.Too much blue tooth and toutch screens these days.No memory card . Is a painHead phones are poor quality but atleast it comes with someBut for the price I can't complainI use it at work and it's not too shabby.Trying to figure out how to charge it though 🤔

No luck with this. The audio jack is loose on my first attempt. So you can plug the headphones in and it stays there, but if you don't hold it down with your thumb or hold it with an elastic band something like that, any movement you created will discount your music. It is basically a piece of garbage in my opinion, it is going straight to return process in less than an hour being in my hands.
