I am sending this back because it is useless for me. I spent a few hours just trying to get albums loaded. I am copying music directly from a Macbook using the provided usb cord. Each time that I tried to copy the albums, it rejected the music for various errors - names too long or unacceptable characters (usually apostrophe marks). The MP3 would be automatically ejected due to the error, and I had to delete the partial uploads and then reconnect.Songs and albums have special characters and this is the first mp3 player I've had that has been so fussy. I have used other mp3 players that are not Apple and have had no issues.I do not recommend.

I really like this music player. I like that it can be played with both wired and Bluetooth headphones. With 32 Gb of storage, it can hold a huge number of MP3 files. I concede that downloading files to it is not the speediest, but that is primarily a one time exercise and when completed you're good to go and enjoy it.

As an MP3 player, this has exceeded my expectations. I am impressed with how easy it is to navigate through the menu functions without having to refer to the manual. It comes with a 32GB micro USB card, which I am using to store and play music. However, as a video player this is a terrible option because I have converted and tried every format option, including AVI and none of them worked. Only AVI was noticed by the device, which stated this format is not supported. All other formats never even detected.

A miniature touchscreen device serving as mp3 player mostly, but also capable of playing low-resolution avi files, FM radio, and allowing to read text files in .txt format. Real e-book file format is not supported. Headphones are acting as an antenna for the FM radio.With screen resolution of 320 x 240 and screen size about 1/3 of a normal smartphone, it is not really ideal for visual content. Where it shines, is playing songs through headphones in a gym setting or while walking outside with it - it is so light, you will not really notice it jerking in your pocket with every step. Sound quality is decent through headphones, not so much through internal speaker.Menu is greatly simplified, with access to all main functions from the home screen. Connectivity is done through Bluetooth, or directly through a USB cable. When connected through USB, it shows up as an external drive on Windows PC, but Linux Mint does not detect it. Additionally, you can always remove the micro-SD card from this player and use it with a card reader on any computer to transfer files in or out. The card this player came with, is 32 GB, but it should take a card up to 128 GB, according to instruction sheet. I took a screenshot of file structure on micro-SD card for you to see - it is not a lot, would recommend making a backup copy of it, just in case.
