Product took 1.5 months to arrive. Once received the product was opened and previously used by someone else. Protective sealant tape was gone off 1 roll and it was half used. Little to no quality control.

Used daily on my back and bump through the third trimester.Helped me maintain posture, which in turn helped with my core.I am now 3 months post partum with baby 3 no diastis!!! Abs have healed and I am cleared to get back into weighted core training.Quality was good, left my back strips on for 48 hours and they only left a small easily washed film when peeled off. Never left my bump strips on for more than 16 hours to avoid ski irritation (just in case, never had any problems)Easy to put on myself, had a massage therapist show me the first couple times I applied them for maximum effect.

This worked within seconds of applying this. Every step took my pain away. I was literally crying and couldn’t walk . I was in so much pain for last 10 days and nothing was comforting.These tapes are my life saver. Took away the pain and burden. Atleast now I can go to sleep with no terrible pain

I purchased this for helping with the pain of frozen shoulder. I don’t follow any taping tutorials, I just tape where it helps with the pain. It’s crazy how it helps, but it does. This tape sticks very well. I have showered with it on. It stays in place and dries quite quickly. I usually leave it for about 4 days. It has damaged my skin a few times removing it, but I don’t care. The pain of my aching shoulder is worse than some little scratches. Absolutely recommend! Good value for the price.

I had a torn rotator cuff. Was very painful. Did physio and exercise. It helped but I still feel pain at times. As a healthcare worker. I need to be able to move. This tape gives me what I need. It let's me do my job. I can have the flexibility. Without total immobility. It stays on. Even after showering. Good value. As I recieved 2 rolls of precut kinesiology tape.
