I am involved w Florida FWC Python Elimination Program. As my manner of humanly harvesting the evasive species (lizards too), is "a new bright shinny object'', in the mix, that nobody has witnessed before?! Should make for epic T.V. viewing? History Channel. (The following 2 things I did to customize my frog, and are not included in the basic sale.) Zoom in on the 2 leather tie ends, please. Note the only difference w the 2 strand bead layout is, the middles are different.? Dark/Light...Yin/Yang? The carved wooden skulls, on the bit of paracord? With a slip knot, it will now keep the small leather retention strap from sliding through and out? Like you might encounter, when you forget to tether, on the move, and it ends up lost, on the ground?! I will oil the leather,(and it needs it?!), and care for the product.

This is a good product. well made, fits my sword and scabbard nicely (short sword). Exactly as pictured.

This just didn't work for me, but it is very structurally sound. I totally recommend if it works for you.

I just received this sword frog and immediately knew it wasn't going to work. My sword is very thin, possibly a rapier (though I'm not sure) and the sheath has metal mounting rings on the outside. As the pictures above show, it doesn't even clear the rings, let alone grip the sheath properly. With the rings especially, I'm not sure if I could find a frog that would fit it.That's more my fault than the sword frog's, though. The frog itself is made with excellent quality leather with no blemishes on the outside. The buckles seem reasonably sturdy, especially when I was manhandling the frog to see if it would fit at all! Sadly, it does not.I'm probably going to try to send this back. Shame it didn't work out.

Perfect fit on my Anglo Saxon style sword. Love the color options too! Sturdy and looks like it'll last a long while, even the lacing. I like how it's adjustable and can fit many types of sword scabbards.

This is a nice sword frog for a pirate costume, however the lace for the sword is crap. Broke on me and had to be replaced. Also, I think the manufacturer could do a service with a nickles worth of leather conditioner. It was so dry that it cracked. A little shoe goo and some neatsfoot oil made it usable but if I'd have had the time to send it back, I would have.
