There is no manufactures warranty if the original owner registered the product and then returned it as it is now considered as a considered a second-hand unit. 30-day return to Amazon is possible.Initial setup was a bit slow in a wired-backhaul configuration but was flawless when completed. Range and speed is good.The extender works as advertised for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band with my Xfinity XB8 Gateway. However it will not handle the roaming of a device that is connected to the 6 GHz band on the Gateway. This is not unreasonable.

I like the product, and would recommend it. I’m not very technologically inclined but I was able to follow the steps in the manual and get it set up and working fairly quickly. I noticed a difference right away, and am very happy with its efficacy.

The package arrived with one side stripped bare. The box had been opened, and the contents had been removed from their internal packaging. It didn't work. They sold and delivered to me an item that had been returned to them as defective. Unbelievable.
