Cleaning is a beeeze with this machine. We can clean a set of balls in less than 3 minutes. Simply load the balls, spray with a waterless cleaner and run. More convenient than taking the balls to a local billiards business every month.

Works well but noisey. Does not come with cleaning spray and so far I haven't been able to find any at all. Some people use a spray mixture of water and Dawn. Have not tried that yet but I will next time.

The product itself is pretty high quality and it does a good job of cleaning the balls. The problem is that they tell you to use a spray cleaner. Customer service is responsive, but they don’t include the spray, they can’t tell you what’s in the spray and they have no idea how to acquire the spray. They say Aramith ball cleaner is not good to use, so the machine itself is good, but the spray is still a complete mystery. I used a tiny drop of Aramith ball cleaner on each ball. Otherwise it would just be collecting dust…
