ABOUT NEXTACK NT200
NEXTACK NT200 offers either perpendicular or horizontal, or whatever angle riveting work with a simple twist of the rivet head which is solid and smooth. The flexible head heavy duty rivet tool uses a variety of rivet sizes up to 3/16” (4.8mm) to make it the right tool for almost any riveting job, especially narrow space like window regulators and hood struts.

HOW TO USE THE RIVET GUN
1. Drill a hole by the twist drill supplied (if needed).
2. Choose right nosepiece, insert and grip the rivet by slightly pressing the handle.
3. Insert into hole of worksheet, and press the handle to rivet. Repeat 2~3 times if needed.
4. Release the handle to let out the waste rivet.

WARM NOTICE:
1. The rivet must be the same size as the nosepiece. Otherwise, the rivet may be jammed. Once got suck, please change a bigger nosepiece then open the handle and the suck stem will fall out automatically.
2. If it doesn't pop the first squeeze, spread it a little for the second squeeze as it pops much easier than if it is spread wide on the second squeeze.
3. It is not recommended directly to use this rivet gun on plastic or leather sheet, in case you use a thin finishing washer so that the rivet can compress and expand against it.

The long length of handles makes for more secure riveting with less effort. I've used mine to install aluminum flat stock to reinforce the leading edge of snow shovels. $11 in cost to save 2x $45 shovels. The riveter has also been used to secure truck wheel well splash panels and to mount fabricated light brackets on the tractor.It is one of those tools that quickly becomes very useful once you have that capability.

Worked great, have used it on 40 rivets and all rivetted just fine. I especially like the screw off bucket where the spent mandrels go.

I used this on my ford door lock actuator rivet. 1/4 peel type rivet was no problem and broke clean in 3 pumps. The tool is strong it just takes some strength to operate so people like the air tool. This will do all the same stuff just requires some strength to operate. Works very well as good as any I've tried in 15 years of working with tools. The case in the picture is for rivets not the tool. Not a big deal but I thought it had a carry case. This tools best feature is it's ability to do both small and large rivets by hand.

Great design, easy to use and you don’t need to be a strongman to get firm connection. Fixed the folding table in my travel trailer in under 5 minutes. Definitely recommend this product !

Ok, this is one of those times where I am absolutely surprised by a non-main-brand tool that really performed. I needed a rivet gun for some heavy duty 1/4" shank rivets on a horse trailer and came across this cheap (read: inexpensive) tool. I decided to give it a try with the old Amazon returns guarantee of quality.This rivet gun could not be eaiser to use. I REALLY like the ratcheting design as you are pulling the rivet tight. Some guns have this but others are not as easy to do it as the teeth on the shank just get stuck. It is also nice to have the little collector.This rivet gun ran 1/4" rivets with ease. It was comfortable to use and didn't flex like some cheaper brands. It is solid, comes with all the rivets you might need for standard use....although the ones I used were heavy duty and higher strength. Still no issues.This one is staying in my shop!
