My Syrian hammies are pretty tall... so I'll use the bottle but not the stand 👌 One of my hampsters burrowed underneath the stand and it tipped over on top of her. She got trapped under 😬 She was squeaking ...but I removed the stand and kissed her. She is unharmed, only a bit frightened. Water capacity for the bottle is good and it does not leak 🙌 Still worth the buy for the bottle 👍

The waterbottle stand is great and works perfectly! My only problem is that the water doesnt dispense properly and if not for my hamster banging the waterbottle against the wall of her enclosure I would have not known this. I did what one of the reviews said to remove one of the balls and the plastic inside but it didnt do much I ended up replacing the nozzle.

i shopped around for a few of these. i saw a cactus and log ceramic water holder, but the bases on those were very slender and seemed like my hamster could easily knock them over. but this base is sturdy and big. as for the water bottle, it's not water tight if you hold it upside down, but as it's meant to be upright, that won't be an issue. importantly, there are no drips or leaks with this bottle!!

Perfect for the application I needed. It is tiny and low profile, perfect for tight spaces in cages. It doesn’t leak unless it is upside down. It’s easy to pop off and on the cage for cleaning and it comes with the components for easy installation on the interior or exterior of the cage.

I figured it would be fine for my guinea pigs even though there's a gerbil in the picture because the listing says "small rodents". I was wrong, its too small. Blurry Guinea pictured for scale.Ceramic is decent quality, bottle dispensed water just fine. The bottle fits securely in the stand. My guineas knocked it over, I'm unsure if a hamster would be able to.If they made this mushroom and bottle in guinea, rabbit, or chinchilla size, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Our hamster really loves using this water bottle and we think it looks great. The ceramic is high quality, and the bottle has a good capacity. Unfortunately after using it for a couple months now we've noticed that the bottle will occasionally leak, and it causes all the water to leak out fairly quickly and soak the area underneath.
