I purchased this maintenance charger my 4 wheeler 2021 CFMOTO 800 and I have had no issues starting it even if I haven’t started it in a while. It maintains my battery to which I can rely on. I recommend this to anyone who owns any type of “recreational vehicles “. From a satisfied customer!

I’m very impressed with the NOCO Genius 5! Right out of the box, I could tell this was a high-quality product—it’s solidly built and well-made in Vietnam, not China. The packaging was also outstanding, triple-boxed for protection.This charger is packed with great features, including compatibility with various battery types, and it works perfectly with AGM batteries. I have the NOCO battery jumper and it saved me a lot. This Noco charger is also one of the best investment if you have a car that you don't drive often or charge your dead battery. I have a few cars that I don't drive for weeks and it will not turn on, I have to jump it all the time and the amount I drive is not enough to charge the battery back. This charger will charge your dead battery right up and also maintain/topoff. I keep it plug in 24/7 on all of my cars. One of my car battery was at 11.4V it took 10 hours to fully charge to 12.6v

Don’t have experience with battery tenders/chargers, this is my first. But I can say very well built compact size. Intuitive setup.Using it to maintain my jeep wrangler AGM 70AH battery as I travel a lot don’t drive the car that much.Update:It has been amazing after few overnight charges the battery recuperated and seems to be back to its full swing. Starting the car now is seamless.

I've had this item for 2 years now. And I have to say it is one of the best purchases I've made.Background: I have a older car, that's kept outside here in toronto, The winter's here can be pretty bad. My car battery is not the greatest, and I found my battery was always draining. Constantly needed a jump. I looked at the big suitcase backpack looking ones, that CAA uses, then I saw this tiny noco. I'm glad I took the risk, it's paid for itself many times.Pros: it works. It's boosted my car, when the battery was completely dead.-The safety feature, meaning the electrics won't flow, if it's on the wrong positive or negative, was nice for those times when I was in a rush not paying attention-my model had a boost mode, so when I would activate it, it would force start my battery.-very quick. I always feel a little less than human, with people judging me when I have to jumpstart my car, I'm sure nobody cares, but I still feel a bit inadequate. This jump starts my car almost immediately.-this thing is tiny, I keep it in my glove box, it does what those huge jumper boxes that the professionals have, but since technology is so fantastic, they're able to make it so small but so powerful-I'm really impressed with the charge, I charged it once and it lasted over a year, with monthly use. I did recharge it just to be safe at the end of the first year. But I probably could have left it and it would have worked fine, there is a battery indicator as well.Cons: When I pull it out to help strangers restart their car, they look at me a little bit crazy thinking this little item can help. Then they ask me, where they can get one minutes later :)Recommendation:If you're someone who needs to jumpstart their car regularly, this thing is a lifesaver.Not only am I able to jumpstart my car when I need it fast and safely, I was able to help other strangers, simply because there wasn't a lot to hook up. It's a small unit and putting it on someone else's car, and jumping it takes a few minutes. I would 100% buy it again.

Arrived on time, beautifully built and fairly simple to use. Make sure you know what your battery type is - havent used the advanced force and repair modes, as the standard mode charged my completey dead battery that was sitting for 3months (its a 5yr old battery that doesnt hold charge well).Left it alone for 6hrs and she was 100%, and started right off.Here is the big caveat - any car that has an aftermarket remote system, or had any work done to wiring, might throw up surpirses. Mine has a aftermarket remote, and would keep the electrics cycling on and off with lights and horn. And I had to disconnect the battery as I couldnt figure out how to stop the car's electrical system to stop cycling.This is ok for me, but lots of other users may not find this doable. And thats an issue.I suspect - normal cars that have built in Remotes will not have this issue and the car electrics will not cycle. This is a big caveat and something to be aware of.

Very fast shipping, came in way earlier than expected which is fantastic. As for the product itself, it is well packaged and small which is nice for portability.I tried charging a 5 years old battery on a vehicle that’s been sitting for close to a month outside following a cold snap that lasted a few days. The first attempt was a failure after 8 hours I had the bad battery warning led.Second and third attempt I had no bad battery warning but I made no progress past the first red led (25%) after many hours as well. At this point I pretty much had given up on the battery. I tested the charger on a different vehicle with a much newer battery and the battery reading was 100% (green led as I expected) so the charger seems to be working fine so far.After seeing the anti theft light blinking in the vehicle I tried charging without success I decided to try it one more time and to my surprise after 5-6 hours it fully charged the battery and I left it on another 3 hours to allow the maintenance mode to do it’s thing.The next day I started the vehicle without any problem and drove around for an hour before parking it.I came back 24 hours later. I connected the charger and unfortunately the battery had lost about 75% of its charge. After 5 hours It made no progress this time. Did not charged past the first led. I believe the battery is in very bad shape or something is draining it’s power.Unfortunately, I couldn’t test the repair mode since I was unable to remove the battery from the vehicle. Bottom line is the charger works, it was able to fully charge my battery once after 4 attempts without using the repair mode and the maintainer mode is a great function that I’ve been using on my other car but as with anything many variables will affect the results you get. I think it’s a good product so far but I was unable to test all functions in order to really comment on the quality of the charger.
