It surprised me to see that it was significantly smaller than the one I needed to replace, but it's cute and works. I kind of wish it had frosted glass because the bulb is clearly visible which makes it leas pretty, but no complaints.

This lantern is very nice, albeit a bit small, it fit our standard 3ā post opening just fine. Easy to install and a great price. Iād have given it 5 starts if it were just a bit larger, but happy with purchase, price and quality.

I knew that this product would be "basic" based on the price, but I would have liked to see a little higher quality. The fixture fit snugly on the lamp post, so there wasn't much need for the tightening bolts around the base. I found the bolts themselves to be much longer than I required, so I had to cut them down to a less conspicuous length. The unit is made mostly of plastic, so when bolting everything together, aim for a snug rather than a tight fit or else you'll risk breaking something. All in all it is a decent product, but I still believe that the quality should be higher.

This is a great value and i would buy again.make sure you have type of post that has the screws and wider top slides on and screws tight.Will see if it lasts summer and my basketball playing son... :)
