Initially appears to be too small, but it does stretch over top of your vent pipe for a nice tight seal.

Saved the day. Glad I noticed how rotten my old collars were; I would have had majors leaks this winter. They don't fit over the old ones perfectly but I filled in any gaps w/some of that black roofing goop. Perfect
