I was saving up to buy a proper Herman Miller office chair, however, my back started to hurt by the end of my work day and I needed a buffer until I could buy the new chair. This was the perfect compromise and fit perfectly in my old chair, especially with the back strap. My old chair didn't allow me to sit straight and this cushion helped correct my posture. I now use it in my car because it's in perfect condition and fits well in the driver's seat.

Very pleased with deciding to purchase this. I’ve went through many others over the past couple years trying to find something that actually works well in a vehicle. I am constantly driving for work and a lot of it is through very rough country in the oil/gas industry. It is very supportive, takes the pressure off my back and it’s not bulky. If you also drive a 2024 tundra you’ll know that the seats aren’t exactly soft and comfy! If you’re someone who does a ton of driving I would definitely recommend giving this a try. It’s more than worth the cost

Spent the majority of my life as a crane/equipment operator, buying this obus form backrest was the best decision I ever made spending 8 hours of my day sitting driving over rugged terrain during my everyday work. I used to suffer with extreme back pain specifically in the lower region of my back above the tailbone. This backrest completely supported my back during my long periods of sitting and helped alleviate pain that I would feel for my day today responsibilities at my job. I stand by this product I've purchased two of them in my 13 years of my career so the first one I had I lost the lumbar cushion and the fabric started to tear which was exposing a piece of the backrest made of plastic or some kind of material that was sticking out of the side. The product was still completely usable but I chose to buy a new one and utilize the one that had been tearing at my computer at home. I still have both of the backrest that I purchased and I still use them to this day one of them being 13 years old now. This product is an absolute must if you suffer from lower back pain due to sitting for long periods of time.

I have had this support device for about a week shy of two months. I am absolutely satisfied that this device is as good, or better than most any other like device on the market. I use it on a straight-back rocking chair. It is very durable and provides excellent lumbar support. Initially, I was concerned that the small strip of Velcro behind the support pad would not last and that the pad would start slipping. Wrong!!! Perhaps, if I had a need to frequently re-adjust the pad's position then, of course, the Velcro would be insufficient. But, I have not had such a need and the pad is firmly attached.Not only is the pad supportive, but the frame is very firm and is shaped to provide the bulk of the support that I need.I think it would be a mistake to frequently move this device from one location to another. Under such conditions, I can see where the durability of this device might be diminished. Instead, It might be a better idea to purchase another device.

Migraines have stopped showing up daily.This backrest gave me immediate relief with it's comfortable and solid cushion. I work sitting down for a living in an office and I'm tall. I like the adjustable band on the backside but it does slide as you move around but I have found that nearly impossible for anything to stay in place - this does a better job. The foam support pillow is velco'd and can be placed anywhere I need. Coworkers like to sit in my chair when I'm gone.I recommend getting Kensington solemate footrest also because the two keep me sitting aligned better as I have a tendency to slouch to look at my computers. Now I rarely slouch because the backrest keeps me supported and less likely to want to move from my more comfortable position.
