I purchsed this product as its labled as a "lumbar support memory foam back rest". This product offers ZERO lumbar support. I requested a return and it was approved however the seller requires you to pay for the return shipping. It was going to cost me $36.00 to return leaving me with a refund of $14.00...an absolute rip off. The product is not as advertised and I should not have to pay for a return.If you are looking for lumbar support do NOT buy this.
