Rock by Odass
The Rock matte black towel warmer has an integrated programmable timer. The timer allows several drying option of 1 hour to 8 hours. It also allows the surface temperature of the towel warmer to be change at will. The minimal temperature is of 30 °C and goes to a maximal of 60 °C (86 to 140 °F). It allows towels to be dried to avoid bad odors caused by humidity, mold on fabrics and will allow you to use your towel for a longer period, all with low energy consumption.
With its 10 bars, it is an elegant and compact model. It has a power of 180 watts, a voltage of 120 volts, a frequency of 60 hz and a weight of 3.6 Kg.
PRO TIP: Make sure with a multimeter that the voltage of your electrical outlet or electrical box is 120 Volts. We recommend that our towel warmers be installed by a certified electrician.
Two installation modes
The towel warmer offers two installation modes: HARDWIRED & PLUG-IN. Both installation kits are included with the purchase of the towel warmer and a complete and simple installation guide is provided. The PLUG-IN installation allows you to plug the electrical plug directly into the electrical outlet.
Integrated timer with LED indicators
The towel warmer has a built-in timer of 1 to 8 hours with LED indicator. Thanks to a heating wire technology in tungstene, the surface temperature of this electric towel dryer is 30 °C to a maximum of 60 °C (113 to 131 °F) and programmable in sequence of 5 °C. It is noise free and will not rust.
Safe installation
The towel warmer is ETL certified. So, it can be installed respecting the electricity rules of Canada and United-States. The electrical outlet is North American and needs to be use on 120V. The plug-in cable for the installation in a electrical outlet is of 1.7 meters.

I bought this towel rack thinking I’d have a toasty towel after my shower. Also thinking having the wall mount would save space from the towel warmer I was currently using. A bucket style unit that sat on floor. Towel is warm in spotty locations but not the toasty towel I’ve become accustomed to.If drying the towel after your shower is your goal, this unit works fine. For a toasty towel, find another product.

The towel warmer looks amazing, install wasn't too challenging. It gets warm & dries my towels off like it should, the 2hr, 4hr timers work just fine & overall the product is sturdy, functioning & good looking finish. I would recommend ordering it if you are shopping on here; The others look cheaper and have sketchy reviews - Understand that towel warmers are often plumbed directly into the hot water heater. This is a nice alternative to cut costs, Im happy with my order.

We have had this towel warmer now for a couple of years and loved it. Unfortunately 2 nights ago I got up at 3 am and noticed the red power light. The towel warmer was burning hot like a stove stop. We tried to turn it off unsuccessfully. My husband entered our electrical panel and had to shut off the bathroom and disconnect the wires in the towel warmer. It was the most frightening experience ever. Our entire house could be burning down. I still have nightmares about it. Later we noticed that around the power button was a crack and the button was stuck for some reason. We were not able to turn it off manually anymore.

il n'y a pas de ventilateur donc ^ca prend du temps je l'allume a l'avance j'y met 5hres et je remet ma serviette dessus apres la douche et ^ca fait sécher pour la prochaine douche c'est pas donné mais je l'aime bien et la compagnie donne du service car moi il y a eu un problême intermittent et la compagnie m'a envoyé la piece (timer) rapidement c'est bien de pouvoir le réparer en cas de trouble

Our towels were starting to smell from hanging up behind the door. We purchased the towel warmer to dry our towels quickly. We are very pleased. We dry two bath towels daily. It’s also nice to warm your towel and pj’s after a relaxing bath. The matte black colour looks great in our new bathroom

The rack gets plenty hot, easy to install and works as expected. Only problem is the auto off timer isn’t reliable. Twice in the first month it stayed on when I know I selected 2-hour off timer. Would recommend and buy again.

I got this when they were discounted, so I'm pretty happy with it.The install was pretty painless if you're comfortable measuring and putting in some dry wall anchors, though the instructions could be a little more detailed (especially about how the actual mechanism for attaching the unit to the wall fits together). I hardwired mine and I think it looks great and I was able to easily bypass the internal control mechanism (not recommended. I'm not putting any details on how to do this in here because you could burn your house down/die/etc... but if you're reasonably confident with some basic electronics you won't have a problem figuring it out) and hook it up to a smart switch which helps out a lot.The unit takes a while to get warm so I'd recommend turning it on at least an hour before you want to use the towels. In the winter I basically just leave it on all the time since my house has electric heat anyway I don't feel like I'm wasting any energy and the winter is when I most want warm towels anyway.A great bonus, besides your towels being warm enough, is that they get really dry. The couple times I have forgotten/neglected to turn it on I have definitely noticed that the towels don't absorb as well.All in all I would recommend it if you have the money and like home improvement projects, but don't expect the towels to feel like they came out of the dryer right a way.Also I really like bragging about having a heated towel rack. It definitely makes my house feel much more bougee than it is.

In my shopping I noticed lots of reviewers looking for a "towel warmer" to make their towels toasty for when they get out of the shower. All we wanted was a warming rack that would help dry our towels because our bathroom doesn't have enough natural heat and ventilation. So, in that regard, this warmer does a perfectly fine job. No longer do we grab a towel from the rack and find it still clammy and damp. When we're done drying off, we just put the towels on the rack (we can fit two adult sized towels on it), set the timer for 2 or 4hrs, and the towel will be dry for the next day's shower. Is this model that much better than cheaper units? I don't know... but, it does seem fairly well made, easy to install, and the integrated timer is critical for our use. We've been using it for a month or two so far, and so long as it continues to operate as is for the next few years, we will consider it money well spent.

This came with a small tear in the packaging which UPS pointed out, but product didn't appear to be dented or damaged, so I accepted it. Upon installation we found that the "stainless steel"product was actually rusty and had splotches all over it. Tried cleaning with stainless steel cleaner to no avail. Even some of the bars felt rough from the formation of rust. I thought about making a claim through UPS, then it occured to me that it is supposed to be designed to constantly have wet towels hanging on it....duh.....should not ever RUST! AND, what a colossal disappointment in performance. It has been on now for 3 continuous hours and although bars are warm, the towel is not even remotely warm to the touch. Bought this as a Christmas gift to my husband who loves being handed a warm towel after a shower. Thought this would be a continuous source of "luxury" for him to always have a warm towel at hand after a shower. What a joke. This is a HUGE disappointment all around the only thing that keeps me from sending it back is that it was such a pain to up up that hubby swore he wasn't taking it down and have to put up another one! What a Christmas bust.

The rack arrived very quickly. It seems very well built and works very well for it’s intended purpose, but it has a flaw, it won’t turn off. When I first plugged it in I turned it on with the power switch, the red light came on and the rack heated up, so far so good, To turn it off I pressed the power switch and the red light went out but the heat stays on. To power off I have to unplug it. I would give a 5 if not for this issue.
