The Olide-120B is a touchless swing door kit with an automatic door opener for both inswinging and outswinging doors and two stainless steel touchless hand sensor as exit buttons for automatic doors. This automatic touchless door system is designed to secure your door and have the capabilities of automatically and manually opening and closing it as well. I purchased three units and in the first four months, two of the units failed. After dozens of emails where the manufacturer wanted more and more information they finally mailed replacement switches. These temporarily fixed the issue but both units failed again. Manufacturer responded that the windows were too heavy. I measured the force to open the window and it was 1/4 of what they say the units are rated for.However, the manufacturer will not replace the motors and no longer responds to any correspondence.I am very very disappointed and strongly recommend you do not buy these products.

The reason I give one star is the customer service actually answer the phone. It’s very very very complicated to install, so I hired a local door specialist, takes him about 3 hours to install. The instruction is not clear, they have to draw a new diagram for it.

Product works great! Lots of sensors and options. The installation is very straight forward. This is the perfect application for our store as customers no longer have to touch the door to open it. The remote control function also allows us to open the door for delivery people without having to run to the door. I would definitely recommend this product.
