Seen some comments about size and to me that’s a non factor. It has room to drain with a 2x4 and yes it will not be as tight as expected, but this does not make the product not work or inferior. 2 racks for the price of one rack is pretty sweet. Recommend!

whoever is saying size is off is technically right, but it does not need to fit snug in order for it to make it work. It works perfectly fine and I ordered it twice. Once you put in the screw and load the structure with wood the quarter inch too big does not make any difference, it actually helps in case you have older 2x4s where size used to be more than 3.5 inches, which you find for newer 2x4s.

Great product but a little too big for 2x4. As lumber in Canada a 2x3 is actually 1 ⅝ x 3 ½.

As you can see from the photos, the cut slots are the right size for the 2*4 (measuring just over 3.5") but the overall folded shape of the bracket is a quarter inch too wide for a 2*4 (measuring just over 3.75"). This obviously causes one side of the bracket to have to be bent when you screw it in. As for the screws, they have ylthe wrong head shape (these are meant to be sunk into wood, not end up flush against metal). I would also suggest there should be some screw holes on the flat side of the bracket to sink two longer screwd into the horizontal and vertical 2x4s.
