I've tried other practice mutes that had much more back pressure. This one suppresses the sound great and is easier to play.

Bester Übungsdämpfer für Trompete, hat sehr wenig Widerstand, Spielgefühl annähernd wie ohne Dämpfer, dämpft aber sehr stark, besser als die üblichen , sonst erhältlichen Dämpfer !

I’ve been having this leather valve guard for about 1 year and it’s still in good condition it may not be as tight as it used to be because I have been wearing it out but it still feels smooth but gives you good grip and the quality is very nice it feels some high quality leather.

Bit of a tight fit for my trumpet but it works well. Sound is lowered dramatically, not too much "wah" sound, and good airflow.

Does the job just fine -- my husband can barely hear me practice when he is in the next room and the door is closed. Obviously it is not completely silent, but I bought this for fear of troubling the downstairs neighbor, and now he can't hear a thing!

とても消音出来ます。テレビと同じくらいの音量です。コソ練にはもってこいです。ただ抵抗がかなりあるため、吹き方の練習というよりは、指の練習で使用する感じです。でもお家で練習出来るのはいいですね！

I use this mainly for practicing in my apartment. It does the job. It is incredibly similar to the other, more expensive and more famous "yellow end-cap practice mute". The air-resistance is noticeable. It is about the same (maybe a little less) resistance than the Humes & Berg (Old Skool) Shi Shi Quiet mute, and more resistance than a Harmon mute. It has the buzzing sound of a Harmon mute and has many of the same design characteristics. The Humes & Berg has a more natural "trumpet sound" but it is waaaay heavier than the Pampet mute (96 grams vs 54 grams) which means a lot of weight hanging out there on the end of the horn...unless a shoulder and bicep workout is what you're looking for. Pictures are included for reference vs the Humes & Berg. The Humes & Berg is the largest practice mute I've seen (basically their straight mute modified to dampen sound) but the "yellow-ended one" is a little smaller than the Pampet. The side plastic is thin but functional, the cork is a grippy foam that does the job (for now?), the round plastic at the end (that holds the sound cancelling/dampening "straw") is cut a little rough and distracts from the premium/classy look of the mute. If it had a more quality finish (it's not hard to cut or sand a smooth plastic circle) and reduced the sound more, I would rate it five stars. I took a risk because there weren't any reviews on this when I bought it, but I'm satisfied with the product and I hope you're satisfied with my honest and unbiased review. I paid full price, which was fair for what it is, and am not compensated for my awesome review...except by my love for fellow trumpeters.

抵抗は少し付きますがとても吹きやすいです！メーカー名がシールで貼られてますが外れやすく硬いので楽器が傷つく前に剥がしましょう笑。
