Confusing, trying to get the right toner cartridge took two tries but finaly found the right one.Use the right model # and make sure the printer model appears on the toner box!

Ink is long lasting, clear and the cartridge is easy to install. I have never owned a better B&W Laser printer than this one. An all-around superb product! But please note, it can be. tricky to remove the strip off of tape that has to be pulled out before the printer print. If it is not properly removed you will get an error message that the ink cartridge is empty. However, the ink produces a nice, clear image of the text messages I use it to create. My only suggestion is that there should be instructions as to how to properly remove the tape, as it is well secured to the cartridge and if it is not pulled out properly, you will get an 'empty cartridge' message, even though the cartridge is brand new. (Note: I am a senior with arthritic fingers and find the tape very difficult to remove. Fortunately, my husband can remove it, but even he finds it a bit tricky. Otherwise, this is an excellent printer and so is the ink!)
