I bought two of these and they snapped while my kids were wearing them!! They weren't doing anything with them, just watching YouTube like zombies with these on their heads and they broke! Good thing I paid only $25 each for them.

Worked excellent for the first 2.5 months, now they won't connect with the dongle. Seems to be a common issue, how do I return these to amazon?

The BF loves this headset, super comfortable and wireless too. He could not believe how good the sound quality was. It also blocks out any sound, which i personally now regret buying because he already doesn't listen to me. You've been warned ladies.
