The product arrived as described, used with normal exterior wear and tear but the inside looking like new. What made this transaction different was a problem shipping the item, too large for any normal box, and dealing with the shipping companies (UPS, FedEx). The vendor's communication throughout the transaction was exceptional! Both by email and telephone, he kept me appraised as to what was happening and when it was happening. Fantastic vendor!!
