I received a much smaller brown bag of seed. It’s not at all like the picture or past purchases. Complete waste of money. So disappointed.

Needed to redo my lawn for new grass growth. The only thing I wish is that it matches the old grass as it grows really fast...need to mow every two weeks!

Did not work as advertised. despite clean, fresh dirt, weeks of off and on again rain, sunny and shady days-- this seed has yet to sprout. Not worth it-- the quick seed thats about as generic as it gets form the local hardware store is better in every aspect.

Sorry it took so long to write this review. The product responded exactly as advertised. It was wonderful. I had paid a landscaper to fix a bare spot from a tree removal . It didn't work. I used the Pennington on that eyesore and a couple of others. We had the most beautiful lawn this summer with no eyesores or bare spots. It even made flawless coverage over some kind of metal box the city installed under our lawn.
