If you are a watercolorist or you letter and add color, you cannot be without this type and brand of pen. Only needs 10-15 seconds of dry before layering watercolor. Such a fine point point allows you to expertly detail your piece of art. My fav and I have tried so many!

The first one I received would not write and the replacement one started writing fine after a few minutes the writing became very faint, sometimes stops altogether and hasn't returned to normal. The customer service for this supplier is great, they processed my replacement for the first pen right away, haven't asked for a replacement for the second pen

I'm not usually a fan of "gel" ink pens but these Pentel Hybrid Technica write incredibly smooth and precise on a variety of media. The only medium with which I experienced a problem was mylar - which is to be expected given the lack of "tooth" on the page.

My newest favorite pen for journaling. Writes smooth, without skipping and very fine for small writing, which I like to do. I also own the 0.4 mm and use it for doodling.

These are great pens and SUPER fine, which I love, but I notice with time, mine has become occasionally clumpy, and sometimes it's so fine that the control isn't as great with my Pilot G-2 .38mm Ultra Fine pens. These are really great for small writing space, however, so I will probably buy them again!
