This product is amazing! I had seals that were failing and instead of replacing I found these and bought 3 of them and very easily installed. They are working perfectly!

We live in a 3-year-old home and had a roof leak this summer after a thunderstorm. Knowing nothing about roofing, I called several roofers and found that the soonest appointment was a week out, with a minimum charge of $300. One of the folks I spoke with mentioned I most likely had a cracked plumbing boot, which apparently is THE most common cause of roof leaks.After doing some research, I came across this Permaboot. Picked it up from my local big box store and was able to install it in literally less than a minute. Problem solved! 3 months out and no sign of leaks. The best part is that this thing apparently will outlast the roof and needs no caulking or sealing.I have since bought 5 more and preemptively installed on all of our other boots as well as those on my mom's house.Highly recommend! If you are a homeowner with 2 hands and can get up on your roof, this is probably the most cost effective preventative you can buy for your house.
