I was really pleased with these covers. They add a nice amount of grip to the whole controller and the wrap around velcro covers make them a million times easier to hold, since you don't have to use your fingers.This cover replaces the battery door with a chunky rubber door that seems secure.Huge improvement.

UPDATE:Sadly, the right grip tore apart and I wasn't even rough with it. Also, I found where the strap secures to the grips dug into my hands and started chafing my skin. Not that comfortable after-all.Original Review:These grips feel better than what comes with the Meta Quest and now, I can easily access the batteries. The hand straps are so much more secure, great for playing high active games.

These controller grips work well, you can easily remove the AA batteries from the controllers with these grips on.

DOES NOT WORK -AT ALL- WITH BATTERIES NOT SHAPED AND SIZED LIKE AA's.I use rechargeable batteries for my Quest 3. While I saw that these controller casings would not work with rechargeable batteries, my assumption was that the batteries would not recharge through the case. The actual problem is that the battery "door" will not close unless you are using actual AA's or a rechargeable battery the same shape and size as a AA's (I also have some Maecker rechargeable batteries that are very close to a AA but the tiniest bit fatter, this cover does not work well with those either).Battery door not closing aside:The feel of these grips is very nice. Fits my controller nicely although getting the lip over the top face plate is a little finicky. The strap over the back of the hand is also comfortable. The door would make changing regular AA's very easy without having to remove your cover each time.Overall this cover is great to the point that I almost wish I used disposable batteries. As it is, I will have to wait for them to come out with covers for controllers that use reusable batteries.
