Mislabeled as LED, it's regular incandescent bulbs but fits well

Product is described and labelled on the box as LED, but the bulbs are the incandescent OEM type. No brighter than original. Fit well and works. Slightly cheaper build inside and out than original (plastic and cable harness). I would have bought it LED or not, but if you care find something else. Good solution and price to replace a broken unit.Includes a foam gasket but no screws. You need the 2 screws from the original unit.

So happy to find this light . My rear cab light died. Could not get my truck inspection. My truck now has passed inspection and has a new tag on it. 🎉

Very quick and easy install. You do have to bend one of the prongs inward for the clip to go in properly. It doesn’t fit perfectly to the contour of the truck. But overall it is bigger and nicer looking than the stock light. For the price it’s a very nice upgrade.

So far so good. Just know more than likely you will have to adjust the connecting pins. I got some needle nose pliers to adjust them closer to each other otherwise it would not connect to the plug in just be careful not to break them. once I figured that out it is working.

This product will meet your needs for a replacement 3rd brake light. Installer will need to be aware they will be re using the cargo light wiring harness in the unit when they replace it. Installation requires a T-20 and T-15 star bit to remove old assembly and install new one. T-20 removes the mounting screws, T-15 removes the cargo light harness and assembly screws inside the main assembly. I also replaced the cargo light bulbs when I replaced the unit due to having it off anyway. I used DE3175 lamps as they were 12V, 10W which is the same voltage and wattage as the bulbs in the unit. The owners manual and parts store didn't have a bulb size for cargo lights on this model. I did have one of the tabs that the wiring harness screws go into break during install in spite of taking great care to check alignment and tightness, (but original one on vehicle had 2 broken ones and still worked fine). I also had to remove the unit to fix a bent pin when I installed it first time. Overall all this is a good value and pretty much the same as the OEM unit, at a much better price. I didn't run into any issues I wouldn't have with an OEM part

This item is made in China to very low standards. The main power connector to the circuit board is held in place with hot glue. No surprise the connector prongs broke off during installation. I called the seller and they were super nice. They shipped out a replacement right away and sent me delivery updates. I couldn't ask for better service, but I could ask for a better product. When the replacement arrived, I disassembled the broken unit to find out what failed. Once I determined the hot glue couldn't hold the connector prongs in place, I designed a custom quick disconnect and soldered in new wires into the unit. After the modification, installation was a breeze the unit works perfectly. If you're the handyman type, you can figure this out - if not, expect problems.
