The item stopped working after just four months, even though the box states it has an 18-month warranty. Amazon is directing me to the manufacturer, but the manufacturer has no website, customer support, or any way to be contacted. To make matters worse, Amazon’s customer service simply said, "Sorry, we cannot help." It's disappointing that Amazon sells such low-quality items. We trusted Amazon as a reputable company, but this experience is truly frustrating.

The sound is a bit tinny but I was expecting this. I bought this as an auxilliary CD player, I plug it into a portable radio and it sounds great. Sounds much better with good headset. I think its well worth the cost. Hard to find CD players anymore. It has a permanent spot in my shop. Product was well packaged and with a auxilliary cable included. Delivery was super quick.

I bought this player, price was good. Well, you get what you pay for. Have only had it for six weeks, used it 3 times. Stopped working. Poorly made, somewhat difficult to operate buttons. UGH!!!

I wouldn't expect a radio to have blue tooth features, so that was pretty cool. I love listening to the radio when I can and listening to my music. This was a very worth while purchase for me for sure.
