I bought this thinking it might give my seeds an extra boost didn’t seem to make a difference, probably won’t buy again, I’ll just go with regular mix instead as I got the same results.

My new hobby is growing a wide variety of cacti and I have planted the special edition tulip bulbs in a balcony container because I don’t have a garden.

I recently purchased the Premier Horticulture 1008041RGCE Organic Seed Starter Mix for my vegetable garden and I am extremely pleased with this product. The mix is a great quality and has helped me to grow healthy and strong seedlings. What I love most about this seed starter mix is that it is organic, which means that I can be confident that my plants are growing in a healthy and safe environment. It is also very easy to use and has a great texture that is perfect for seed germination. The 8-quart size is perfect for small-scale gardening, and it goes a long way. I was able to start dozens of seeds with just one bag, which makes it very cost-effective. Additionally, the mix provides great drainage, which is crucial for seedlings to thrive.Overall, I highly recommend the Premier Horticulture 1008041RGCE Organic Seed Starter Mix for anyone who is looking for a high-quality, organic seed starter mix. It has worked wonders for my garden, and I will definitely be purchasing it again in the future

... for my picky gardening son. It was a birthday gift. He had requested Black Gold ... but that was out of my budget. Waaay out! The reviews for this were good, so I took a chance assuring my son that if not good I would 'go the extra mile' for the Black Gold. He likes it so much that this is all he buys for himself.

Looks to be good quality starter soil, but does have some larger twigs in the mix that need to be broken down by hand when filling your trays. The plants do seem happy in this soil though!

At around $20 for 8 qts, this is far, far, more expensive than multiple other seed starter mixes as well as other vendors (you can get twice as much for the same price if you are set on getting this).I ordered 6 different bags of soil-less mix and planted 4 different seeds in each about a week ago. All the other soil-less bags (Gardner's Supply, Hoffman, Coastal Main, Epsoma) with the exception of Black Gold have germinated all of their seeds. The only seed that germinated with this particular mix was radish. While I will give them more time to germinate and also test how well the seedlings do under grow lights and the size of the flowers (Marigold) and veg (Radish) and how strong the gourd and sunflower seedlings do as they grow, I can tell you that Pro-Mix is already far behind the others at almost twice the cost.Keep shopping.

This worked well on sprouting my seedlings (sunflowers, beets, tomatoes, squash). Comes in a resealable bag too which was nice

Get a bigger package. This is just not enough and is very high priced. Research elsewhere
