Actually it works well with Quest 3 as well, costs 40 less bucks then the one for Quest 3

Well made! It comes with a charger and a USB adapter. There is a magnetic connector on the dock, and when I plug the USB adapter into my Quest 3, I can simply place it on the dock, and it will automatically connect to charge my Quest 3. It's very easy to use.Also there is an extra USB-C port on the USB adapter that can easily plug in my Vega T1 earbuds dongle and use them simultaneously. The only minor inconvenience is that I have to remove the USB adapter from my Quest 3 before using my link cable for PCVR streaming, but it’s no big deal.Now I can easily charge my controllers by simply placing them on the dock as well. Great!

I just received my charging dock, and the packaging looks great!The dock is very convenient as it charges through magnetic connection. I’m using a BOBO M3 battery strap on my QUEST 3S, and the included strap holder makes it easy to charge the headset. It also allows me to charge my controllers at the same time. There is an extra USB port on the adapter that allows me keep the battery strap attached while charging on the dock—no need to remove it! Overall, it's just super convenient.

Perfect fit for the Meta 3S. Sits in charger frame well with no 'fiddling' trying to make contact. I was so impressed with the build quality and the engineering that went into this stand that I bought one for my Meta 3 also. Note that these are NOT interchangeable between the 3 and the 3S, they are sperate items entirely.
