the only thing that saved this keyboard was the rgb and key feeling, with the large amount of bad reviews i still gave the keyboard a try, this keyboard never worked properly keys all had errors. the black widow 4 is not worth the price.

Keyboard is awesome. Colors of lights are all customizable including different patterns and effects. The keys are fairly loud, which I like, however my wife does not like that.

Got the keyboard, it came as advertised as being refurbished. Keys double tapped but it was a quick fix, what disappointed me was missing the macro 1 key (M1). Overall. It's decent.

Keyboard came poorly packaged, as others here have mentioned. 8 keys were in the bag w/ the keyboard. Essentially the bottom left corner keys. No big deal, reassembled. But the keyboard lags, skips, and repeats key presses. Tried w/ and w/o Synapse. Raised and lowered the response timing. Nothing fixed. Requested a swap. Will update how that one turns out.I've had my V1 FOREVER and I'm typing this review on it. I just wanted one on my work pc.

Had this keyboard for a couple of months. Check yourself for other online reviews, but I can confirm that it's starting to not register keys, makes doubles inputs. It's getting unusable. This is a joke ! Do not waste any time with this keyboard !

Came and works perfectly fine as expected.Somehow a few keys came off in shipping but they were all still there. No form of protection (bubble wrap, etc.) was placed in the box. Be cautious that is very likely for your refurbished keyboard to arrived damaged or even broken, due to careless shipping. But im sure amazon would reimburse you.
