I’m so disappointed in the quality of this product. It is SO expensive, for mediocre quality. The mic volume is so low and you can’t adjust it in the Xbox settings so people can hardly hear you unless the mic is right beside your mouth. Additionally the “wireless” connection into the Xbox is a weird dongle type connection, & the connection cuts out all the time. Ive only had and used this headset for 1.5 months and they’re already failing miserably. Save your $$ and buy the wired one, the wired one is way better just a tad more bulky looking.

Sound quality is good, battery life is on the same level. Has some connection issues every once in a while during gaming sessions but it's somewhat rare and doesn't persist after the headset is turned off and then back on.

This headset is great sound wise when there's no static 😅 comfort is a 10! Sound is top tier when static doesn't ruin it 😔 it's a real shame..

Llevo un mes de uso y el sonido es increíble. La conectividad muy buena y muy sencilla de usar. Lo malo que el micrófono no es de buena calidad a pesar de ser unos buenos audífonos. Fuera de eso no hay problemas!

Estuve revisando reseñas en YouTube y demás, y finalmente me convencí en comprarlos y tengo que destacar que son unos excelentes Headsets la versatilidad que dan de conectarlos ya sea a través del dispositivo inalámbrico y conectarlos al PS5 o PC o bien vía Bluetooth a cualquier dispositivo móvil y poder hacer el cambio con sólo presionar un botón es excelente, la calidad de audio inmejorable en comparación a los Pulse 3D pero estos ofrecen una comodidad y aislamiento al ruido externo mucho mejores. Sin duda los recomiendo 100%.

Pros:-The headset is very functionally built and is very comfortable to wear.- easily connected to my XboxNegatives:- the sound is constantly jumping like connection is being lost or makes staticy-y noises.I don't know if I just got one from a bad batch, but the inconsistency in sound is so noticeable that I can't focus on anything else ... I'm within 10 feet of my Xbox with no obstructions and it feels like the connection is bad. I downloaded the razer headset app and played with EQ which did not resolve my issue. This headsetchecks every other box for me, so I am going to keep testing for a few more days... If no luck, I will be returning it.

Product failed in a month. Don't bother with it. Customer support did nothing. Neither did Amazon support. Buy cheaper

The very long short story is that we tried for about 16 hours across 2 days to make this headset work. We called Razer support midway through, and they only did the same troubleshooting we had already done, before announcing it defective and advising we return it. Since we were able to connect it to our xbox, but couldn't trigger the setup app to start, I suspected we had a conflict and so we did another 8 hours of various troubleshooting. I finally found a reddit thread written by someone who had their headset replaced by Razor for the same problem 3x to no avail. He had come accross a forum with the solution. It won't run the setup app if your controller is an elite controller. We had no idea what controller we had but switched it out for one of our kid's and voila... everything magically worked. If we swap in my husband's controller it fails still. So, my advice is try a different controller if it connects but doesn't work and the setup remains unavailable. Once it was working, we were thrilled. It's got excellent sound and the controls are great. It's comfortable too. I'm just disappointed that Razer didn't even suggest (or aren't aware?) that some controllers might not be compatible. Bottom line... great product once it works!
