I was surprised by the quality of this keyboard. The keycaps are great and the LED shines through. Switches are as expected for red']s and feel very good. I enjoy this keyboard and it is exactly what I expected for the price.

The quality of this keyboard is very good. The typing sound is also good. I used it for a few days. But I had to return it. Here are the reasons:I primarily use keyboard to code. Which is why I need to have those Function Keys. However, given the price range and the build quality, I was ok to make that sacrifice. The problem started when I saw that a lot of keys are inside another keys like the Delete button was inside ',' and Home, End and '`'(tilda) sign was inside keys that are not common!! To make it work, I would need to learn the whole keyboard layout along with the FN key!! Which was too much for me. And even if I learn, it would only work on this keyboard, the moment I use laptop or any other keyboard, it will be different. I did not want to learn another keyboard layout.To those who want to use this keyboard for work and depend on a lot of shortcut keys and typing I would recommend to get other keyboard from them, unless you want to learn a non standard keyboard layout. This one is probably going to be best for gaming or light use.

This product is actually really good for moneys value especially on a tight budget! Its a wireless keyboard with rgb custom customization. The switches are also really nice to type on because it is kind of clicky (not too loud but when typing fast it can get loud which some don't like) The switches feel responsive and the keyboard overall looks clean! Would definitely recommend!

I love this keyboard. It is small and fits perfectly wherever I want to use it. The mechanical feel and sound is exactly what I was looking for. RGB colours are awesome without being overbearing.A couple of things for people that are heavy keyboard users.1. Delete key shares a spot with the period. In order to use the delete, you have to hit the Shift key.2. Home, insert, end, page up and down all require use of the FN key.If you rely heavily on those keys, this might not be the best keyboard for you (or you will adapt which is what I have done lol).

UPDATE DECEMBER 28,2024 (APPROX ONE YEAR SINCE PURCHASE) the wireless/Bluetooth functioning stopped working (however works fine when plugged in) I contacted Support and within few days communicating they sent me a replacement model! Great customer service, fast response time, and they care about their customers HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Apart from that issue, the keyboard works perfect when plugged in.First mechanical keyboard in years. I have been using chiclet style keyboards instead. Typically its hard for me to adjust to a new keyboard especially a mechanical one. However, this keyboard is perfectly laid out for me. I love that even with its compact design they still included a num pad which is a plus. The build quality is great as the keys they are quiet and sound good and don't give off that cheap plastic feel or sound. The software looks very bare bones but it does all the necessary actions needed like key remapping, rgb programming and creating macro. I am using the keyboard via direct plug into computer. I have tested the wireless dongle connection for few days and haven't noticed any latency interference and the battery life for the time of use was good. Overall solid buy. Shipped and arrived Same day delivery.

This has to be one the best keyboards in terms how nice its feel to type with it , if only it had the F1 - F12 buttons separately , I failed to notice that before purchasing but I don't regret it.

TLDR: Great price to get a board if you want to switch out the keycaps and switches for some custom ones, which is what I did. The wireless is not usable for online gaming, but connecting it with a wire is totally fine. The layout is impractical.1. The wireless is not suitable for suitable for gaming, unless you're casually playing a single player game from the couch and REALLY don't care about input lag. (Note: you can plug this keyboard in using the wire and it is completely fine). But even on the 2.4 Ghz with wireless dongle, the keyboard will sometimes stop sending keystrokes for a full second and then just send a bunch of them at the same time in a batch. Some key presses simply get missed. Not playable for any online games. It's actually annoying to type this review with! The wire is not long enough for my standing desk, so I cannot play games with this while standing.2. The keyboard layout is really bad. I bought this keyboard primarily for the keyboard layout, but after using it, I realized the position of the arrow keys is unnatural, since I expect the arrow keys to be at the far right side of the keyboard. I can't get used to it. And the num pad is too close to my regular keys, so typos happen far too often with the sensitive switches I use. It's just not a practical layout unfortunately.

This is my 2nd time purchasing this keyboard. I've had some issues with the firm ware of the first keyboard, and the CS were quick to assist. Eventually the keyboard failed again and this time round the CS offered a full refund if I purchase another of the same keyboard. I can't say the first keyboard lasted a long time, but it was great while it worked. I use it for productivity and not for gaming, and I find myself typing a lot faster on mechanical keyboard. The CS is great cos I can't say there would be many other brands who would fully refund you. Overall, I had a great experience with this brand although I hope the keyboard could have lasted longer.

I'm a professional who writes a LOT, and this keyboard layout does not suit my needs since it joins several important keys such as Home, End, Delete, Insert, and others, in order to be more compact. I love its design, its colors and its comfort, but it's layout hinders writing productivity. Definitely recommend it for daily usage and computing activities other than writing.
