Tried this a few times, and it does the job. No gas, no cord, just pop in the battery and go, which makes it a lot easier to move around. Power is good for regular yard work, cuts through grass and most weeds without much effort. Had to switch to the saw blade for some tougher spots since the plastic blades wore down pretty quick, but that’s expected. It’s light enough to use for a while without feeling like a workout, and the adjustable pole is useful. The angle adjustment works fine too, especially when trimming around edges or getting under bushes. One small gripe is the safety lock. Gotta press it before starting, which felt unnecessary at first, but after a couple of uses, I didn’t think about it anymore. Not a game changer, just something to get used to. A solid tool for keeping the yard in shape without much hassle.

One afternoon, I was done with my yard in the same time it took him to get his gassed up and started. Talk about a silent flex. Ordered this excellent weed eater kit from Amazon, arrived in a very nice package. Out of the box I received the weed eater, all the essentials, tools, even the gloves, a metal disc cutter knife, two battery and a user manual. Unfortunately I didn't get the wheels, they are even posted on the user manual, but no wheels out of the box. Batteries are 24 Volts and they charge up and last long time. Power bricks connects straight to the batteries there is no separate battery charging dock needed. I purchased this for my wife, so she use it around her garden, it's much smaller than my Ryobi weed eater, however felt like very powerful. She just needs to be careful with that knife disc. At the end of the day this is a useful weed eater. I gave four stars for missing wheels, my wife really wanted to have them. I recommend this weed eater.
