After only 6 months, one of the batteries failed.Being it is within one year, I reached out to their customer support to ask if there was an available warranty process to get a replacement or, if they wouldn't go that route, a way to purchase a new battery.It has been 3 weeks, and despite multiple attempts to get in contact with them, there has been no word back. With a failure rate of 1/6 in 6 months and no way to contact support, I can't say I recommend this product.

I purchased these items and before the first 30 days they one by one stopped holding a charge. The batteries were charged over and over multiple times and still won’t stay charged up. As of today only 3 of the 6 are working at all. Amazon was notified that they aren’t recharging and said they would contact the seller of this product. I have not received a response from anyone yet.

We use this product for an event that we threwWe were all able to keep in touch with each other.Just a heads up It is connected to other radios if they are in the area using the same channel.The range is great. The sound quality is great.We did use the earpieces and everyone told me that they did not have any issues with anythingEverything was pretty straightforward and everything went smoothly because we had this productOverall greatHope this helps

So far they have been great. Long range and clear audio. We have not tested the battery life much yet and they are only used for events. If we need more we I’ll be buying these again.

We use this on multiple levels in an older building. I am impressed by the sound quality. It came charged (not sure how much) but we used them for the rest of the day. They are simple to put on the charger.
