I am first and foremost a value shopper, so I will always wish for better pricing on the things I love to have on hand, regardless where in the house I'm going to use it.This heavy duty foil is absolutely wonderful for a number of reasons.First: Thickness. This foil is not flimsy and it forms beautifully to the baking sheet or the baking dish I am using it in.Second: Ease of cleaning. Putting these on the baking sheet before putting down a rack of rips or another marinated meat to bake/roast in the oven makes clean up afterward an absolute breeze.Third: Long term protection. I use this to wrap up my baking sheets to keep them from getting messy or overlap when I'm roasting or baking something in the oven. Lining the sheet before laying down the dish or packet that I've got the dish in gives me additional peace of mind when it comes to clean up.And, given the above, because this foil is thicker and more durable ( fewer issues with a fingernail going through the foil while putting it one the sheet or dish that I'm lining, and most definitely when I'm making a baking packet for the oven or the barbecue) I do reach for it frequently, especially during the summer when I want to keep clean up in the kitchen to an absolute minimum.So, yes, it's a little spendy, but it is most definitely worth the investment in the kitchen, and I keep coming back for more, so that says alot.

I cook alot on a pellet smoker and use this for, pork butts, ribs, and beef roast, to let the meat rest. Resting in foil or butcher paper is part of the process you dont want to skip and it really helps retain the juices. This foil is heavy duty and wont rip when wrapping ribs.

Overall a solid sturdy foil product that we've all come to expect from Reynolds, so I'm not going to knock it a point. I love that its a wider foil, thicker, and easy to work with, but it has an oven safe coating on one side that I'm not a fan of. Reynolds does make a proper uncoated wide BBQ Foil that I've been using ever since and that is AAA. This stuff has been working fine for storage or tent foil though!

Good foil. Wanted strong foul for BBQ-ing. This foil is not super strength really. Still ok, but will buy proper turkey foil next time.

I'd say this stuff is 4x stronger than your standard Alcan foil. I was originally going to use pink butcher paper (peach paper) for my smoked brisket but it was too expensive. This stuff worked great - just be sure to let the steam out for 15 minutes before letting it rest.

This stuff is twice the weight of standard foil and the difference in durability is huge. Overkill for average food wrap but fantastic for tough jobs like grilling or campfires, where regular foil often fails. You could easily make a pan out of this stuff and boil water in an emergency. Worth the premium price for special circumstances.
