Camera and solar panel work well but if you don’t sign up for Ring Monitoring you can’t look at past events. I thought it would have some kind of SD card slot to pull video from but nope. So as a security camera is 100% useless without a Ring subscription at $100+ per year. But as a camera to just see who is coming up your driveway… only as they are walking up live (can’t look back and see later) it works ok. Good quality picture. Solar panel works well

Easy to install and configure, this Ring cameras with solar panel took me around 15 minutes to install, directing the solar panel towards the South. Then configure the zones and notifications, and everything was ready (had to charge the battery first before connecting).Totally worth it!

The Spotlight Camera Pro works great!!I purchased the smaller solar panel for my spotlight camera plus. It works fine at keeping both batteries charged. Full sunlight all day.With the spotlight camera pro, I purchased the much larger solar panel. Unfortunately it will not keep my batteries charged due to the amount of trees on that side of my property.I had hoped the larger solar panel would work better.
