Mejor de lo que esperaba, buena manufactura, materiales resistentes, fácil instalación, funciona mucho mejor con peras cortas que con peras largas. Muy recomendable.

I've had this for a few months now and have made numerous adjustments to my speedbad platform and just can't find this product to be useful. Don't get me wrong it's built well and feels sturdy, but that's the problem. The swivel is too heavy and you won't get a fast enough rebound. I've greased it up, tried different speed bags and still can't get around the slowness of it. I've had much better swivels from Everlast. Wish I could return this thing. Take it from a real Boxer, Save your money, just buy one with a less heavy swivel.

wow, ive had this for a day and am amazed at how much better this is than the chain link swivel i had that came w my platform. i bought the valor CA-53 platform (which is ok by the way but by no means great) and replaced the swivel w this one. it's solid and smooth and i can hit the bag much much faster w this one and maintain better control. love it!also, it should be noted that the swivel unscrews from the base. so bags can be changed by either removing the pin or you can buy multiple swivels, connect your bags to them, and then just screw in the swivels to the base.
