Blocks are good, belt is a bit short for me 5.6. It would have been nice to have a mat included for the price as it's for backup when visitors come.

These are very lightweight and durable. Love the colour too. Work quite well but in some cases a little too high.

These things shipped fast considering it was free shipping. I expected them to take awhile since I thought they were coming from China. They actually shipped out from Ontario. It took less than a week from Ontario to Alberta, which is pretty good.The blocks themselves are great. EVA foam and each block is cut to the same size. 7 classes in and they worked great. It will indent if you have a death grip on it but it (mostly) bounces back to form. You'll leave a very VERY small imprint but that is just the nature of EVA foam. The belt is just a cheap nylon belt with 2 metal d-rings at 1 end. More than enough for most of us.If you need blocks: grab some of these! They're inexpensive but the value is superb. Yoga isn't supposed to be expensive anyways.
