My son has terrible flat feet and being a teacher means he has a problem with pain after a day at work. We've tried others but these seem to really support his arch and relieve the pain especially in his heels. His foot now 'rocks' from heel to toe so much better. Highly recommend and sizes are true.

I bought this because it’s a cheap alternative to the expensive custom ones and this works instantly within a few days to relieve the pain under my feet (because I have flat feet). Soft material and able to cut to fit the shoe. I use this everyday!

I purchased these for my shoes and found them to be too thick, even after removing the existing insoles. So I put them into my rubber boots and they were perfect . Great support and very comfortable to wear. These have made my rubber boots much more comfortable to wear /walk in for long periods

While the RooRuns Heavy Duty Arch Support Insoles provided excellent comfort and the build quality was impressive, I didn't find them particularly effective for my plantar fasciitis or pain relief needs. These insoles are perfect for anyone seeking a solid, general-purpose insole, but from an orthotics standpoint, they fell short of my expectations. They do a decent job for flat feet, heel spurs, and overpronation, but not so much for severe foot conditions. If you're looking for a reliable, well-constructed insole without specific orthotic requirements, this could be a suitable choice.
