Top notch quality. Even though the pricing is a bit higher compared to the cheap insoles from China, I've tried all those and they always broke down so quickly.There was slight pain in the first week, but after i wore it for 2 weeks, it started feeling natural.I wear it with high top boots, and it's worth it.If you are anything below 5'10(i'm 5'8), trust me and wear this for confident boost and for all success.I think with the insole and boots, puts me comparable to 5'10 height.shout out to Chris, Mendez owner for doing solid favour for the short kings.

just wanted to try it out. they fit fine in my skechers which have a tall enough heel. the uncomfortable, shooting pain it creates will start after 500m of walking and last all day. you will feel the pain shooting up to your upper back no matter how hard you try to stabilize and feel you're walking normally after practicing a little. i even just walked 20m to a very nearby bar and just stood around with friends and eventually i had to sit down because i could feel the cracks and pops and tension in my back. absolutely not worth the extra 1" it provides. will never recommend unless for walking less than 100m and social duration less than one hour. horrendous pain.

They will give you extra height, boost in confidence. These in my boots increase my height by 3.5 inches. The packaging was extremely high quality.However they are uncomfortable. Can only use them with big boots, dress shoes don't work, regular shoes don't work. You will also have to learn walking in these, feet will start hurting after some time, the insoles will start sliding forward in shoes, no grip at the bottom to make it stay. The quality of this product is by no means $40.

These insoles are fantastic and fit perfectly inside my shoes. I work long shifts in retail, and I was surprised at how comfortable they were to stand in over lengthy periods of time. I appreciate how just a subtle lift to my height helps grow my confidence significantly whenever I wear them. Highly recommend this product!

I want to be a bit closer to 6ft as I'm around 5'9 and these insoles were it! I love how they're not the full length insoles since the sizing for my feet differ for different brands. I only use the first layer as the extra layer is a bit pushing it for me. It is also super comfortable which I didn't expect. Overall great insole and very nice quality!

Highly recommend and happy I decided on these insoles. They are comfortable and fit well in my shoes. I can wear them all day no problem. They make me taller but are discreet so you can't tell I'm wearing them. They are also obviously a lot better quality than any of the other height increasing insoles I've tried.

Fast shipping and the package looks professional and well designed. I just tried it tonight, It seems very comfortable. The only thing bothers me is most of my shoes are low top, I feel my foot will slip off from the shoe easily. I think this will work well high top shoes.
