  • Preheat the oven to 200°F. Place the insoles in the oven for 2 minutes. Remove footbeds, place in shoes, lace up and stand in neutral position for 2 minutes.

I am really impressed with the quality of this orthodic. The whole unit looks like it would last forever.Stiff arch.I love the WIDE size ...which means the toe box area fits an ALTRA trail shoe almost perfectly.BUTTTTT ... it is advertised as a medium arch and it is not. I have been trying various other orthodics ...curex, super feet, etc ...all medium arch support and this SOLE is definitely on the high side.So much so that it was uncomfortable to walk in.So, it had to go back.

Good fit for wider shoes. I have 6E shoes so I needed a wider insole so my toe doesn’t dangle over the edge.
