I don't know if my shoes are just so loose that this doesn't even help, but the adhesive would not stay on. I tried to add these to my boots as they were giving my blisters due to being too loose. I added these in hopes to eliminate the problem, but they feel out almost immediately. Maybe running shoes would work better, but the adhesive was not strong enough to stay in the boot. Luckily, they're not too much money, so it doesn't hurt too much if you want to experiment.

I was determined to make shoes that were one size too big fit. Insoles didn’t work, but these foam inserts worked perfectly because I could trim them a bit at a time and customize to my foot shape.

The concept makes sense but you shouldn't be tempted in utilizing these and truly getting correct shoes. I have been going to the podiatrist and finally got test results for some bad toenails and the results are negative for fungus but lots and lots of micro trauma. So having your toenails hit in the shoe is very bad and will cause ugly toenails. You need room in the toe box and a correct fitting shoe holds you foot in place via the heel and around the arch and instep, regardless of length in the toe box. Toenails take an extremely long time to recover so keep them happy or you'll be sad for awhile with ugly, ugly nails.

I got this 2 pairs of cushion shoe- filler inserts thinking about a couple pairs of dressy flat pumps that I have which are a size and size and a half bigger for me. I had a hard time keeping them on and have hardly worn those shoes. I was on the verge of donating these shoes (a pair of which I still did end up donating) but when I saw these fillers thought of giving them a try. For the pair that was one and half size bigger than my usual shoes, I found it not working very well ( might be due to the configuration of the flat heel as my toes tended to slip on one side causing some discomfort. Obviously, I knew that no matter what I do, the bigger sized shoes would not be as comfortable as my normal shoes but for the shoe that was one size bigger only this worked perfectly. So for a little bigger shoes these are apparently good. Now I need to see how long do these hold on. If these hold on for a reasonable time then I say that the price is perfect.

Ordered this product and used it to take out a bit of gap at the tips of boots that otherwise fit perfectly. This product does work well to make the boot very snug and comfortable.

We all have those dress shoes (or boots, or...) that our feet don't make it all the way to the front. A lot of the time it's not horrible, but often it'll have my feet siding back and forth, jamming the toes into the narrowest point and causing discomfort. I've been putting together something of a kit of inserts and items that help make my shoes fit better and more comfortably and these Shoe Filler Inserts are going to make an excellent addition. Two sets come individually (per set) wrapped in the box. It is a "hard-soft" rubber-like material that holds its shape and size very well. They can be cut down - lines are on the sides to help cut in a straight line - so they fit well into various sizes of shoe. That said, when testing these Shoe Filler Inserts I tried them in four different shoes and found some want the full length of the Shoe Filler Inserts while others would do with cutting. What I think I have decided - but not yet done - is to keep one of the two full size and cut the other one down the first step. This will let me interchange. I am also thinking I'll get another box and do more levels of cutting. They are removable, so you can move them from pair to pair, which elongates their usability. I appreciate being able to use them in more than one pair of shoes as I have several and don't want to have to buy for each. There is a "tacky" to the outside. This is the grip. It will stick as you slide the insert into the shoe. I found squeezing it a bit helped. The fit itself was good. It was not moving in there. Pulling out is as ... difficult... as you'd imagine. Yeah, it kept sticking and took some patience to get it to come out. But this also tells me it's not floating around while you're walking. The feel is... unique. This is a "harder" rubber like feel, so it's not going to "squish" as your toes make contact. This is both good and bad. The hardness on one pair of shoes made it uncomfortable. I got my feet in there, but the longest toe was too long, the next to right-at-the-end making it uncomfortable to wear. The next pair I tried it fit well. My longest toe touched, but was not "smashed" against the Shoe Filler Inserts and while walking around it kept my feet from sliding, but did not cause discomfort or problems pushing against the toes or foot. In both cases that worked it worked well. The one that didn't was truly uncomfortable. But I like that I can have options and move these from pair to pair as needed. There are some "groves" at the back - where your toes are supposed to go - but I'm not sure mine set into them or up against them. It wasn't a bad feeling and I get why this is like it is, but I am not at all sure how it helped me. In the end I am glad to have these Shoe Filler Inserts and will get a good amount of use. My wife would like to try in some of her shoes, so it's likely we'll get another box. And as mentioned above, I would consider another set for myself to allow various length options.

I thought this would be easier than the heel sticky pads but was wrong. I bought shoes Size 10 when I wear Size 9 as reviews made them sound small. They slip off my feet when walking. I kept cutting down these inserts until reaching the smallest size. They still felt awkward and did not keep my feet shoved back to the back of the shoe. I think my toes do not like feeling cramped in place. Oh well
