These things are great. They come in REALLY big and you cut them down to size. It comes with a size guide that i found to be surprisingly accurate to my boot size (US sizes) and easily cut it to shape. Popped them bad boys in my riding boots and went to all three days of hells heroes with no complaints. Actually wearing the same boots with the inserts in them now. Still going strong. Recommended if you're a person on your feet constantly with a pinchot for uncomfortable, yet serviceable footwear that needs additional and arch support and/or Stabiliy.

These insoles are good for the price, especially because you get 3 pairs. However, they were too soft for my application. The original insole on my shoe was damaged, exposing some sharp ridges that would hurt my sole. I used this insole but that simply got damaged by the sharp ridges on my shoe. But I wouldn't blame the product as it is not advertised to be made of high density foam material.

These actually do work in reducing shoe discomfort. One of my boots and a pair of sneakers were uncomfortable to use, however adding these in, they are now wearable and result in less foot ache at end of day. Would like them to be thicker and more weight bearing, but they do work.

Luckily for me,I'm a 10.5 shoe. If your a size 11,they'll move around within your shoe!!!

Me gustó el material y suavidad. Son ligeramente gruesas. Tienen las líneas guías para recortalas a la medida. Se ajustaron muy bien a unas botas con casquillo, a unos huaraches de cueron y a unos tenis. Me gustaron mucho.

The only reason I just gave these insoles 3/5 stars for support is because they are not meant for strong arch support - and I did not want that in an insole. These are really, really comfortable! I bought some pristine army surplus Canadian Combat Mk III boots, which never come with insoles, so I needed something customizable (boots are a size 5.5-6.0, so not a standard commercial street size). After researching insoles, and determining I did NOT orthopaedic ones for plantar fasciitis or arch support, I took a chance on these. Getting 3 pairs for the price of one is a huge bonus. They arrived within just a couple of days. They were very easy to trim to size - these fit from Mens sizes 7-12 and there are guides to cut along to customize -=and are a great so,ytion to what I needed!
