These insoles combined with my Skechers, means no aching feet for my 12 hour shifts. Great arch support, easy to cut to size and insert in shoes. I will definitely buy these again.

I recently started walking 45 Min everyday to get to my office in the morning and its constant up and down streets. I have semi flat feet and every time I would walk with just regular running shoes the EXTREME pain that would shoot up my shins was so bad I would have to cave and go find a bus to take me to my office lol. WELL LET ME TELL YOU these supports have changed everything. No more shin pain and I legit feel like I am bouncing when I walk because the cushion is so supportive. Please do yourself a favor and get these you will not regret it.

I had to use double sided tape to stop them from sliding forward in my Skechers Arch fit shoes. Other than that they are comfortable. They should be full length fit to hold them in place.

I got metatarsal pain and need insoles when I wear shoes, no excuse. The regular insoles I usually get have been out of stock or available but at 3x the price. Searching Amazon, I found this par, 3/d length like my go-to ones. They are thinner on the metatarsal part but yet comfortable and do the job. I use them for my CrossFit shoes, and I do not experience pain at all so far.
